Belly fat burner

I'm not going to lie,I struggled my entire life to lose weight from my legs and stomach,I thought I was ugly cause my stomach stuck out a tad,and couldn't bare my belly in anything that showed skin without sucking in my gut.

I learned one thing: Fruit and Veggies are you friends,but water is your best friend.

Drinking eight bottles or glasses of water a day makes a huge difference on how you and others view you as a person. I ditched pop long ago and started a relationship with water. Another fat burning drink I became fond of is Green Tea,a major fat burner that burns fat like a furnace.

I drink Green Tea everyday four to eight glasses and I noticed that I a tinier waist and slimmer hips. I truely found something I can drink and enjoy without swaying off course. Green Tea burns stored fat and zaps it,stubborn stomach fat has nothing on whats in Green Tea,crushed tea leaves is what I'm talking about.

I was never a tea drinker before I discovered Green Tea,Tea never sat well with me before,now I drink tons of herbal teas (Lemon,Apple and Blueberry) but Green is my go to,I eat loads of Japanese foods,and order Green Tea with my Sushi (Their green tea is frigging amazing!).

My body is just thanking me for ditching fast food,cheeseburgers,fries and other crap that is truly awful to the body. Now I recoil and get grossed out by fast food,that's cause I trained my body to react negativity to fatty foods. I'm a simple girl after every workout and before I love consuming Coconut milk which is loaded with healthy benefits (Not as great as Green Tea though).
